1. Acceptance of terms

By using Nama Ner, you accept these Terms of Service, the Privacy Policy, and any other rules that apply to the service. If you do not agree to them, you must not use the service.

2. What is Nama Ner?

Nama Ner is a platform for managing messages, social accounts, and automated actions for accounts and business teams. We work to keep the service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

3. Your account and connected accounts

  • You are responsible for your account information and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure.
  • You must not use your account or the service for unlawful activity or to harm others.
  • If you connect a Facebook, Instagram, Telegram, or TikTok account, you must own that account or have full authorization to use it.
  • You are responsible for all actions and replies produced by automations you create.

4. Acceptable use

  • You must not use Nama Ner to send spam, scams, threats, hate speech, or unlawful messages.
  • You must not attempt to compromise security, alter data unlawfully, or access another person’s account.
  • You must comply with the rules of every platform you connect.
  • We may restrict or suspend an account when its use violates these terms.

5. Important note for business accounts

Some connections and features, especially those for TikTok or other business platforms, work only with a Business account. You are responsible for ensuring your account is eligible to use the requested APIs and permissions.

6. Ownership and content

Nama Ner retains all rights in the service, including its design, branding, code, and core components. You retain the rights to your content and data, while granting us the permissions needed to host, process, and transmit them in order to provide the service.

7. Limitation of liability

Nama Ner is provided as is and we are not responsible for direct or indirect losses arising from use of the service, a platform outage, changes to API rules, or errors in an automation you created.

8. Suspension or termination

We may temporarily or permanently restrict your access if you violate these terms. You may stop using the service at any time by disconnecting your connected accounts or contacting our team.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms in the future. When we make material changes, we will publish the updated terms on this page and change the revision date.
