1. About this policy
Nama Ner is a service for managing conversations and automated actions for business accounts on Facebook, Instagram, and Telegram. By using the service, you acknowledge that the information required to operate it will be processed according to this policy.
2. What information do we collect?
- Account information: your name, email address, profile image, and phone number if you choose to provide it.
- Sign-in and session information: session identifiers, sign-in times, IP address, and browser information used for security and account management.
- Workspace information: its name, identifier, and workspace settings.
- Connected-account information: platform, name, username, image, external identifier, and activation status.
- Permissions and access tokens: only the tokens needed to connect with Meta or Telegram and provide the requested service.
- Conversation information: messages, attachments, comments, sending times, and read status, only when you use conversation-management features.
- Technical information: error logs, API requests, webhook events, and information needed to protect against misuse.
3. Meta information and permissions
When you connect Facebook or Instagram, we request only the permissions needed for the features you select. These permissions may include:

Nama Ner does not see or store your Facebook or Instagram password. You can revoke these permissions at any time from your Meta settings.
4. Google Sign-In and Google user data
When you choose to sign in with Google, Nama Ner may receive basic account information authorized by you, including:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your Google profile image
- A unique Google account identifier
We use this information only to:
- Create and identify your Nama Ner account.
- Authenticate you securely.
- Display your account information within Nama Ner.
- Protect accounts and prevent unauthorized access.
Nama Ner does not use Google Sign-In to access your Gmail messages, Google Drive files, contacts, calendar, or other Google services unless such access is explicitly requested and authorized through a separate feature.
OAuth credentials and tokens required for authentication are stored securely and are not sold or used for advertising. We do not sell Google user data or share Google user data with third parties for advertising purposes. Information may only be shared with service providers when necessary to operate and secure Nama Ner, or when required by law.
You can revoke Nama Ner’s access to your Google account through your Google Account settings. You may also request deletion of your Nama Ner account and associated personal information using the deletion process described below.
5. Why do we collect information?
- Create and protect your account.
- Connect the social accounts you select.
- Display conversations and send replies at your request.
- Run the automated actions you create.
- Troubleshoot problems, maintain security, and prevent fraud and misuse.
- Comply with the law and valid legal requests.
6. How do we use information?
We use information only to provide, protect, and improve Nama Ner. We do not use message content to sell advertising or sell it to third parties. We do not take action on your social account unless you have connected it and enabled the relevant feature.
8. Data retention and security
We retain information while your account is active or while it is needed to provide the service, maintain security, or meet legal obligations. Tokens and sensitive information are stored securely, with access restricted. No system can guarantee complete security, but we use appropriate technical and organizational safeguards.
9. How can you request deletion of your information?
To request deletion of your information:
- From the email address associated with your account, send a message to privacy@namaner.app .
- Use this email subject: Data deletion request.
- Include your account name and the connected Facebook or Instagram account. Do not send tokens or passwords.
- After we verify your identity, we will delete the related information within 30 days unless the law requires us to retain certain records.
You can also remove Nama Ner from the Apps and Websites section of your Facebook or Instagram settings and revoke its permissions. Revoking permissions alone may not delete every internal record; send an email request for complete deletion.
10. Children
Nama Ner is not intended for people under the applicable legal age, and we do not knowingly collect children’s information. If you believe we have received information about a child, please contact us.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect changes to the service or the law. The latest revision date appears at the top of this page, and we will notify you of material changes.
